ALL MINORS WITHOUT A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST HAVE A NOTARIZED WAIVER FORM BEFORE THE MINOR CAN ENTER THE PARK! Any Minor who arrives unaccompanied by a parent or “legal” guardian and/or without the Red Creek Off-Road RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY form will be turned away!
