General Pricing: $183 per night plus 7% sales tax.
Convenience Fee may be applied.
Event/Holiday Pricing: $220 per night plus 7% sales tax.
Convenience Fee may be applied.
Our Convenience Fee may vary depending on if you are booking through our online-booking system or by phone.
The above pricing is separated into two payments Deposit and Balance. The Deposit is paid to hold your rental on the dates that you selected. Upon Check-In you will pay the Balance.
A minimum two (2) consecutive-night stay is required for all bookings.

Deposit Information
A $200 deposit plus Sales Tax and Convenience Fee is required for all reservations. This deposit breaks down as follows:
- $100 refundable damage deposit (returned within one week after checkout if cabin is left in original condition)
- $100 reservation deposit (applied to your final balance at check-in)
- Sales tax (7%) and Convenience Fee (Our Convenience Fee covers the cost of utilizing our online booking system and card processing fees. It may vary if booking by phone.)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 9+ business days before arrival: Your $100 reservation deposit is transferable to a future stay
- Cancellations within 9 business days of arrival: The $100 reservation deposit is forfeited
- Sales tax and Convenience Fee are not refundable.
