Pricing: Sewer Site
General Pricing: $35 per night plus 7% sales tax and Convenience Fee.
Event/Holiday Pricing: $50 per night plus 7% sales tax and Convenience Fee.
Pricing is separated into two payments, Deposit and Balance. The Deposit is paid to hold your rental on the dates that you selected. Upon Check-In you will pay the Balance.
A minimum two (2) consecutive-night stay is required for all bookings.

Deposit Information
Deposit breaks down as follows:
- $70 deposit for the RV site.
- $50 refundable damage deposit (returned within one week after Check-Out if RV site in original condition.)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 9 business days before arrival: Your reservation deposit is transferable to a future stay.
- Cancellations within 9 business days of arrival: Your reservation deposit is forfeited.
- Sales tax, Convenience Fee, and $15 Cancellation Fee are non-refundable.

Pricing
A two (2) consecutive-night stay is required for all bookings.
General Pricing: $35/night for sewer sites.
Event/Holiday Pricing: $50 /night for sewer sites.
Deposit: There is a $50 damage deposit, a $35 per night for 2 night minimum deposit , and 7% sales tax for online booking.
You will be charged the remaining balance upon check-in plus sales tax.
Check in is at 11am.
A Two-Night stay is required for our online booking system.
The 1st $50 Deposit will be held as a Damage Deposit for each RV site. The $50 Damage Deposit is fully refundable by Thursday of the following week based on whether the RV site is in the same condition as it was received (No evidence of Dogs/Pet Poop, Cigarette Butts/Trash on the Ground, Broken Pipes or Electrical Outlets).
The remainder of the deposit will hold your RV site and then will apply toward the balance of your site when you arrive. You have 9 working days prior to the date of arrival to cancel. If you cancel 9 working days prior, we will hold the deposit for a future reservation. If you cancel within the 9-day window, you will forfeit your deposit.
