Pricing: Sewer Site
General Pricing: $25 per night plus 7% sales tax and Convenience Fee. Event/Holiday Pricing: $40 per night plus 7% sales tax and Convenience Fee. Pricing is separated into two payments, Deposit and Balance. The Deposit is paid to hold your rental on the dates that you selected. Upon Check-In you will pay the Balance. A minimum two (2) consecutive-night stay is required for all bookings. Make sure you check the front of our website for upcoming Events.Deposit Information
Deposit breaks down as follows:- $50 deposit for the RV site.
- $50 refundable damage deposit (returned within one week after Check-Out if RV site in original condition.)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 9 business days before arrival: Your reservation deposit is transferable to a future stay.
- Cancellations within 9 business days of arrival: Your reservation deposit is forfeited.
- Sales tax, Convenience Fee, and $15 Cancellation Fee are non-refundable.
